About Abby Reddy
I also spent 14 years as the Marketing Director at a sales-driven wholesaling company, where buying decisions happened across tables, not screens. That role taught me how to build trust the old-school way: by showing up, listening well, and delivering first-class service. The lessons stuck.
My background is more patchwork quilt than straight line. I started in graphic design. Taught myself to code. Then databases. Then UX, SEO, content strategy, analytics. You get the idea.
Really, I was chasing one thing: the full customer experience. What it feels like to want to buy from a brand.
I’m endlessly curious. I want to understand why things work, and how to make them better.
I’ve worked across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C. I speak fluent developer, designer, marketer, and entrepreneur. I’ve hired agencies, fired agencies, and learned to do the work myself when no one else could. I’ve seen marketing get messy, and I’m the one who calmly untangles it and gets things moving again.
After stepping back from my role as a co-founder, I took time to reflect on what I truly enjoy about my work. One thing became clear, I still love growing revenue.
That curiosity is what drives everything I do in my work and in my writing.
